At Cusack Center for Professional Development, located in Williamsville, NY, we offer a comprehensive 77-hour NYS Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course year-round designed to help you meet the requirements to pass your real estate salesperson exam and become a proud licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York State. Virtual Livestreaming Options
All classes are live in-classroom and seating is limited, on a first-come, first-served basis. A Livestream option is offered for students with compliant equipment and a reliable internet connection, and you must be visually present on camera with a functioning live mic (no log-in with just an icon, etc.). Cellphones CANNOT be used to participate in livestreaming. Course delivery is in-classroom, and can also be livestreamed from a remote location as long as attendance is compliant with NYS requirements. This is NOT an asynchronous course, so students must be present locally or as a remote livestream student. The course final exam and NYS licensing exams must be taken in person. Students may register as either in-classroom OR livestreaming, not both. Livestream students must pick up or prepay for shipping & handling of the course materials ahead of the class start date. ALL students are subject to NYS on-camera, synchronous attendance requirements, and passing the course exam to receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion from Cusack Center. In-person course final exams only.

The NYS 77-hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course at Cusack Center prepares you to pass the New York State licensing exam and thrive in your real estate career. Our curriculum covers all aspects of real estate, including:

- Real Estate Law: Understand New York State real estate laws, contracts, and ethical obligations to ensure you are compliant in all transactions.
The course includes applied case studies to reinforce the principles taught and provides templates of real estate forms and disclosures commonly used in the industry.
At Cusack Center, we expect you to treat our classroom and facility just as you would any other business. We require business-casual dress and we expect you to respect our instructors as well as your classmates. Outside food and drink are prohibited in the classrooms. Students are expected to eat snacks or meals at the tables and chairs available in the main building atrium.
Your tuition includes:

Additionally, all students will have access to:
- Daily and weekly recordings of live classroom sessions
- A Review Portfolio of pre-recorded Q&A course content for exam preparation (available for up to 6 months)
To apply for the NYS Real Estate License, you must:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have no felony convictions in the State of New York or elsewhere
Course tuitions are refundable minus a 5% service fee if a written cancellation is received by 5:00 PM on the day preceding the first class session. Cancellations received after this deadline will receive a letter of credit valid for six months from the original course cancellation date. No-shows will forfeit all tuition.
