Start Your Real Estate Career Off Right​

A NYS Real Estate License can unlock a whole new world of career possibilities from residential and commercial sales, leasing or investment, property management, valuation and assessment challenges, to operating a real estate brokerage. There are so many things you can do after you obtain your entry level real estate salesperson license. Our courses cover a wide range of topics to get you ready, not only for exam day but for a life-long challenge building your knowledge base and people skills that are the winning combination of success and service.

Our expert instructors stay current on the latest trends, real estate laws, and other industry updates to bring you the best real estate education experience you can get. In addition to our course syllabus and materials, you’ll also have exclusive access to recorded class materials and study guides.

We equip you with all the tools you need for success – including flexible schedules and virtual (synchronous livestreaming) learning options. When you sign up for your Real Estate classes with Cusack Center, we send you home with all the course materials you’ll need including a reference textbook, student workbook, and examples of in-use forms and disclosures that you will encounter in real-world transactions in the world of real estate. Cusack Center applies case study examples to help reinforce the understanding of materials and principles taught during lectures.

Choose from 4-Week Evening & Saturday courses or 2-Week Daytime Accelerated courses. When you complete your enrollment, you’ll gain exclusive access to your recorded classes, pre-recorded exam prep & review materials, and the option to join your class online. We get it – life happens and sometimes you just can’t make it to class, which is why Cusack Center offers live webinars for you to join (cameras ON) so that you can still get your credit hours in for taking your classes. Interact with your class and your instructor to stay engaged and learn the course materials.

A Livestream option is offered for students with compliant equipment and a reliable internet connection, and you must be visually present on camera with a functioning live mic (no log-in with just an icon, etc.). Cellphones CANNOT be used to participate in the livestream. Course delivery is in-classroom, and can also be livestreamed from a remote location as long as attendance is compliant with NYS requirements. This is not an asynchronous course, so students must be present locally or as a remote livestream student. This is NOT an asynchronous online course. The course final exam and NYS licensing exams must be taken in person. Students may register as either in-classroom OR livestreaming, not both. Livestream students must pick up or prepay for shipping & handling of the course materials ahead of the class start date. ALL students are subject to NYS on-camera, synchronous attendance requirements, and passing the course exam to receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion from Cusack Center. In-person course final exams only.
