Premium Continuing Education Courses for Real Estate Professionals
In-Person Classes and Virtual Live-Streaming Available
Continuing Education is essential for realtors in New York State to stay competitive, informed, and compliant in an ever-evolving industry. The real estate market is shaped by changing laws (ex. think about the recent 2024 NAR Settlement), market trends, and emerging technologies, all of which require ongoing learning to navigate effectively. In NYS, mandatory continuing education ensures you maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements, ethical standards, and best practices, empowering you to provide clients with expert advice and exceptional service.
Supplemental Continuing Education Courses for Salespersons, Brokers, and More
Cusack Center proudly offers a variety of continuing education courses to fulfill your requirements with NYS. From real estate salespersons to brokers, appraisers, and home inspectors, we maintain a rotating schedule of ongoing classes. Whether you are juggling multiple jobs, family, or other commitments, we offer flexible class schedules with the option to join virtually.
Livestream Virtual Learning Options
All classes are live in-classroom and seating is limited, on a first-come, first-served basis. A Livestream option is offered for students with compliant equipment and a reliable internet connection, and you must be visually present on camera with a functioning live mic (no log-in with just an icon, etc.). Cellphones CANNOT be used to participate in livestreaming. Course delivery is in-classroom, and can also be livestreamed from a remote location as long as attendance is compliant with NYS requirements. This is NOT an asynchronous course, so students must be present locally or as a remote livestream student. The course final exam and NYS licensing exams must be taken in person. Students may register as either in-classroom OR livestreaming, not both. Livestream students must pick up or prepay for shipping & handling of the course materials ahead of the class start date. ALL students are subject to NYS on-camera, synchronous attendance requirements, and passing the course exam to receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion from Cusack Center. In-person course final exams only.
